PostNord har anlitat META för genomförande av CBA-projektet "koncerngemensam central behörighetsadministration och förvaltning av passagesystem kopplat till företagskort". Projektet skall etablera en definierad nivå för den fysiska säkerheten som är avsevärt högre än den nuvarande till en lägre och förutsägbar kostnad. Detta skall åstadkommas genom en flexibel och skalbar koncerngemensam lösning.

Corporate Security is driving an initiative to establish a flexible and scalable common platform for the administration of physical security rights.
The overall objective is to strengthen security and lower cost.
To achieve this there is a project with the purpose of establishing a central service available for all locations and all people, both internal and external, working for PostNord. Information about access rights will be handled and kept in good order and hardware costs will be minimized.
This service will be based on implementation of a balanced mix of the following:
- One way of working.
- One configured standard software.
- Integrated local access control installations.
- Integration with master data regarding persons, locations and identity management.
- Integration with relevant production support systems.
- Common generic work-flow for ordering, approval and remove.
